NAPERVILLE, IL-A 10-story office building situated along the East-West Tollway 55 Shuman Blvd. faces foreclosure. The Naperville building, known as MetroWest, is in default since its owner failed to pay a $23.5-million loan on the building.
The loan on the property came due on May 1. A joint venture headed by General Investment & Development Cos. of Boston is controlling the building.
