MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has closed a lease expansion deal in southeast Orlando. The Nemours Foundation has signed a lease for an additional office space measuring 9,037 square feet at La Vina Marketplace at 9145 Narcoossee Road.
With the lease, the tenant's total square footage at the La Vina Marketplace has increased to 21,382 square feet. Mickey Hage with Mickey Hage, Inc. represented the tenant, and Mary Frances West with NAI Realvest represented Orlando-based Ripley's International LLC, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
