BALTIMORE-Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation in Baltimore has approved preparatory designs for a $3-million office and retail complex at Eager and Charles streets in midtown Baltimore. The 1000 North Charles project is expected to be finished by late 2012.

Baltimore-based SMG Architects has plans to construct three stories of the building along Charles Street and two stories of the building along Eager Street. The building will have nearly 28,000 square feet of space. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun .
