DURHAM, NC-The Golden Belt real estate complex in Durham will be getting a new tenant in September. Shodor, a nonprofit educational group, will relocate from the Durham Centre office tower to the Golden Belt in Durham.

Shodor will occupy 8,500 square feet of space in one of the Golden Belt buildings. The leased space will be turned into a custom-built science center by mid-September for education purpose. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
