IRVING, TX-Two tenants have signed office leases in Westpoint I, a six-story office building containing 150,000 square feet at 1255 Corporate Drive near State Highway 114. Internet Business Group has signed a 26,673-square-foot lease and Appia Inc. has signed a 5,190-square-foot lease in the office building.
The property is managed by Daymark Realty Advisors Inc. Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Noreen Mehdi and Russ Johnson brokered the deals with Jackson & Cooksey' Mike Quint and Transwestern's Nora Hogan and Alan Harrington. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
