BROOMFIELD, CO-Chicago-based AMLI Residential has recently purchased an apartment complex consisting of 500 units in Broomfield. The company has acquired the property, previously known as the Summit at Flatirons, from Greystar Real Estate Partners for $78.82 million.
AMLI also controls the AMLI at Westcliff located at 9820 Westcliff Parkway in Westminster and the Arista complex at 8200 Arista Place in Broomfield.
