CHANDLER, AZ-KP Mill Crossing LLC, a company created by Krausz Cos. of San Francisco, has purchased a retail space measuring 42,000 square feet and an 8.41-acre pad within the Mill Crossing shopping center at the southwest corner of Gilbert and Germann roads in Chandler. The company has purchased the retail plaza and the JCPenney-leased pad from Labrusca Holding Corp. for $10 million.
