BROOKLYN, NY-Manhattan-based Alchemy Properties and Boston-based The Davis Group have agreed to provide fresh financing for a long-stalled residential development at 340 Court St. in Carroll Gardens. The original developer of the planned building, named The Collection at Court Street, was the Clarett Group.
The two firms have agreed to partner with Prudential Real Estate Investors, the co-owner of the property, to restart the residential project.
