NEW YORK CITY-Lowenstein Sandler is expanding its office space at 1251 Ave. of the Americas. The law firm has added 41,900 square feet to its existing 59,841 square feet of space at the 2.4 million-square-foot building.

The asking rent for the space was $85 per square foot. Michael Goldman with Studley represented the tenant, while Peter Shimkin and David Falk with Newmark Knight Frank represented Mitsui Fudosan America, the landlord, in the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
