
NEW YORK CITY-Pearson, a publisher based in UK, is planning to become the anchor tenant for 330 Hudson St. and for a Hoboken building. The publisher already has a total of 450,000 square feet at 375 Hudson and 345 Hudson, and is now planning to occupy 330 Hudson.
Pearson is also considering a new tower at Waterfront Corporate Center III, a 520,000-square-foot building in Hoboken. The building is owned by SJP Properties. For the full story, go to New York Post .
