CHARLOTTE, NC-Oak Brook, Illinois-based Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust Inc. has acquired Perimeter Woods Shopping Center, a 303,353-square-foot retail center near NorthCrest Shopping Center in Charlotte. The REIT has purchased the center from Collett & Associates for an amount of $54 million.
Inland purchased NorthCrest Shopping Center in March. Perimeter Woods Shopping Center is nearly 97% leased to various tenants, including Best Buy, Lowe's, Off Broadway Shoes, Office Max and PetSmart. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
