WESTMINSTER, CO-Signature Partners and Centum Health Properties have purchased a three-story medical office building measuring 28,034 square feet at 8300 Alcott in Westminster out of receivership for $2.35 million. The sales price breaks down to about $85 per square foot.
The owners have plans to improve the 39-year-old building. W. Scott Reichenberg and Neil Littmann represented Signature, and Mark Holmes and James Turpen represented Centum in the deal. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
