NEW YORK CITY-A Midtown Manhattan office tower is reaching the sales block. Beacon Capital Partners, a real estate firm, is planning to sell all or only a partial stake in the 1211 Sixth Ave. office building situated between West 47th and 48th streets.
The two-million-square-foot office tower is being marketed by Eastdil Secured. Beacon purchased the building in 2006 for $1.52 billion. The 45-story building, which houses News Corp.'s headquarters, may fetch more than $1.8 billion. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
