ORANGE, CA-Chapman University has purchased an office building measuring 14,780 square feet at 303 W. Palm Ave. in Orange. Time Warner Inc. is currently occupying the Palm Avenue building and it will leave the place when its lease terminates.
Chapman has acquired the office building from the James Glidewell Family Trust for $3.3 million, or about $223 per square foot. The Glidewell trust and Chapman had in-house representation in the sale. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
