HOUSTON-HFF has closed the sale of an office building in Houston on behalf of the seller, NHP Houston, MOB. Fugro Properties has acquired the eight-story office building spanning 148,751 square feet at 6671 Southwest Freeway.
The building is called Southwest Center. Chris Dray and Bob Gulley from Moody Rambin Interests' Investment Services Group represented Fugro, while Danny Miller with HFF represented NHP Houston in the sale. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
