IRVINE, CA-Fuscoe Engineering, a civil engineering firm, has renewed its Irvine headquarters lease. The firm has extended its lease for 10 years for nearly 22,000 square feet of space at 16795 Von Karman Ave.
The Arden Realty Inc.-owned building is portion of the Von Karman Corporate Center. The estimated lease value is roughly $6.5 million, or about $2.45 per square foot.
