HOUSTON-Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International have brokered a lease deal for an industrial space in Houston. Gulf Coast Steel has signed a sublease deal for a manufacturing space measuring 29,000 square feet at 9420 Knight Road.
The company has subleased the space from RBC CBS Coastal Bearing Services. Colliers International's Blake Gibson represented Gulf Coast Steel, and Cushman & Wakefield's Beau Kaleel, David Cook and James Foreman represented RBC CBS Coastal Bearing Services in the sublease deal.
