ALISO VIEJO, CA-Microsemi Corp. has signed a contract to relocate its home office to Aliso Viejo. The chipmaker signed a lease for nine years for a four-story building measuring 109,000 square feet at One Enterprise Drive.
San Francisco-based RREEF Funds LLC, a unit of Deutsche Bank AG, is the owner of the building. Brokers from Cresa Partners of Orange County LP represented the tenant, while Keith Walters of RREFF represented his company along with Carol Trapani of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.
