BISMARCK, ND-TNP Strategic Retail Trust Inc., a nontraded fund headed by Thompson National Properties LLC of Irvine, has purchased Pinehurst Square East, an 114,292-square-foot retail center in Bismarck, North Dakota, from a group of investors. The REIT paid $15 million for the shopping center.
The property, constructed in 2005, is nearly 92% occupied with tenants such as David's Bridal, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Old Navy and TJ Maxx. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal .
