HOUSTON-Grubb & Ellis Co. has closed the sale of a retail center in Houston. Gulf Coast Commercial Group has sold Westheimer Crossing Shopping Center, a 94,053-square-foot center at Voss and Westheimer.
The shopping center was bought by Delta Troy Interests. The center is 90% occupied with tenants such as DSW, Michaels Stores and REI. Wendy Vandeventer and George Cushing with Grubb & Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
