ORLANDO-Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. has negotiated a new lease deal for an industrial space in Orlando. AOI Medical has inked a long-term lease for 10,220 square feet of space in University Corporate Center located at 7079 University Blvd. in Winter Park.
