MARLBOROUGH, MA-Behringer Harvard, a Texas-based real estate investment firm, has purchased the Stonegate apartment complex at 65 Silver Leaf Way in Marlborough. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
The 332-unit property is the second Massachusetts apartment complex that Behringer Harvard purchased in approximately a month. In May, the investment firm purchased West Village, a 200-unit apartment community in Mansfield, for $14.5 million. The Marlborough site comprises 12 residential buildings and 21 acres of land.
