SAN LEANDRO, CA-David Irmer with Sausalito-based Innisfree Cos. and Lawrence Jett with Lanikai Management Co., the developers of the Creekside Office Plaza at 500 Davis St. in San Leandro, have completed leasing an 83,000-square-foot building. Alameda County has recently leased 11,041 square feet of space in the building.
