ORLANDO-Tower Realty Partners, Inc. has brokered a lease renewal deal with the General Services Administration (GSA) in Orlando. GSA has renewed its 65,044-square-foot lease at the Research Commons Building, a 130,000-square-foot office building at 12249 Science Drive, for 10 years.
GSA has leased the space for about $19 million. The property is owned by a joint venture between Tower Realty Partners, Inc. and DRA Advisors LLC.
