ORLANDO-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a multi-housing property in Orlando. A Miami-based limited liability company has sold Millennium Pointe Apartments, a 200-unit community at 4255 Barwood Drive in Orlando, to a Lafayette, Louisiana-based limited liability company for $4,550,000, or about $22,750 per unit.
