GLENDALE, AZ-Westgate City Center off the Loop 101 in Glendale is facing a foreclosure suit. Coyote Center Development LLC and Entertainment Center Development LLC, the two entities of Ellman Cos., own the retail and restaurant complex and the land that contain Westgate.
A notice of trustee sale has been filed against the two entities of Ellman. Westgate, which sits on 223 acres of land, is situated beside University of Phoenix Stadium and Jobing.com Arena. Steve Ellman purchased the Westgate property in 2006. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
