FORT MYERS, FL-LandQwest Commercial has brokered a retail lease in Naples. Pikolinos, a footwear retailer, has leased the retail space measuring 1,602 square feet at the Mercato shops.
Mercato, located at the junction of Vanderbilt Beach Road and US 41 North, sits on 52 acres of land. This is the first official location in the US for the retailer.
