NEW ROCHELLE, NY-A venture of Brause Realty Inc. and ABS Partners Real Estate LLC has purchased a 53,000-square-foot structure at 587-599 Main St. from G & G Properties LLC for nearly $2.6 million. The building was turned into the Palladium nightclub from a movie theater.
