SEATTLE-Seattle-based Paragon Real Estate Advisors Inc. has closed the sale of an apartment complex in Seattle. Westwood Associates LLC has sold the Westwood Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 84 units near the University of Washington.
Covington Ventures LLC and Trimark-University Housing III LLC have purchased the apartment complex for an amount of $11.17 million. The deal was entirely handled by Paragon Real Estate Advisors. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
