NEW YORK CITY-GuardHill Financial Corp. has inked a lease for 10 years for 16,350 square feet of space at 140 E. 45th St. The company has signed the lease deal with Boston Properties Inc.

The asking rent at 2 Grand Central Tower was in the $60s range. Jones Lang LaSalle's Howard Hersch and Scott Panzer represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank's Matthew Leon and William Cohen represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
