NASHVILLE-Nashville-based HealthSpring Inc. has signed a lease for Phase II in MetroCenter. The phase I of the MetroCenter office campus is still underway.
Southeast Venture will develop the planned one-story building measuring 75,000 square feet at 530 Great Circle Rd. The new building will look alike the 100,000-square-feet building coming up in the Phase I project. The project is expected to be finished in May 2012.
