PLEASANTON, CA-Embarcadero Capital Partners has recently purchased two office buildings totaling nearly 96,000 square feet in Pleasanton through a partnership named ECI Three Birch Lakes. The investor bought the Birch Lakes buildings located near the corner of Valley and Bernal for approximately $9.4 million.
The purchase price breaks down to about $97.50 a square foot. Alameda County documents show that the Birch Lakes complex deal was closed on May 16. For the full story, go to San Jose Mercury .
