CHICAGO-Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. has been hired to handle leasing assignment at 500 W. Monroe St. in the West Loop. Johns Creek, Georgia-based Piedmont Office Realty Trust acquired the 1-million-square-foot office tower through foreclosure proceedings.
