FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Colliers International South Florida has closed the sale of an office building in Fort Lauderdale. The Miller Family has sold 2727 W. Cypress Creek Road to Camelot Properties of Florida, LLC.
Camelot Properties has purchased the office building measuring 25,000 square feet for $2 million. The company will use the property as a law office.
