NEW YORK CITY-Mr. Youth has inked a sublease deal for five years with International Masters Publishers for 27,000 square feet of space at 225 Park Ave. South. The social marketing agency will occupy the entire 16th floor of the building.
The asking rent for the space was in the $50s per square foot. Mr. Youth will relocate from Chelsea Market to the new location this summer.
