KANSAS CITY, MO-Price Development Group is planning to construct a $30-million apartment building consisting of 188 units just north of Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. The proposed 46 Penn project will be constructed north of 46th Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Street.
The size of rental units in the project will range between 657 square feet and 1,500 square feet, and the rent will range between $1,200 and $2,200 per month. The four-story project will also include 322 parking spaces. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
