GARLAND, TX-USAA Real Estate Co., an investor based in San Antonio, has sold a transit-oriented development in Garland. The firm has sold the 5th Street Crossing apartment as well as retail development at 351 N. 5th St. to Minneapolis-based Oaks Properties LLC.
Terms of the deal were not revealed. The development, which contains 12,000 square feet of retail space and 188 apartments, is portion of Garland's Old Town Station. Mark Stymiest with CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
