MIAMI-HFF has completed the sale of a retail center in Vero Beach. CRF Panther IX, LLC, an entity managed by Lakeland-based Odyssey Diversified Properties, Inc., has sold Century Town Center, a community shopping center spanning 106,976 square feet at 5915-5975 SR 60 close to Federal Highway and I-95, to Cole Real Estate Investments for $14.775 million.
The center, which sits on 18.4 acres of land, is 93.3% occupied. HFF brokers represented the seller, while the buyer had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
