
NEW YORK CITY-Equatorial Guinea is buying an office condo space in a Second Avenue building near the United Nation for an amount of $3.63 million. The country has recently signed a deal for 8,067 square feet of space at 800 Second Avenue.
Equatorial Guinea has plans to consolidate two suites on the third-floor space formerly occupied by the American Payroll Association. In the deal, Equatorial Guinea was represented by PamCaba International Realty, and the American Payroll Association was represented by CBRE. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
