FORT MYERS, FL-RE/MAX Realty Group has closed the sale of a one-acre parcel in Cape Coral. Gleason I, LLC has acquired the parcel located at Gleason Parkway and Chiquita Boulevard for an amount of $412,500.
Gleason I is building a retail plaza measuring 12,000 square feet on the parcel. The new plaza, where Dollar General will occupy a 9,000-square-foot store, will be finished this fall.
