NEW YORK CITY-An office building located at 335-337 Broadway in lower Manhattan is about to be sold to the Horizon Group and it may be turned into residential condos. The 165,000-square-foot building, marketed earlier as 93 Worth St., is situated in the City Hall submarket.

World-Wide Group purchased the 13-story property for $14.5 million in 1998. The Capital Markets Group at Grubb & Ellis was kept back to market the building. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
