AUSTIN, TX-The Kucera Cos. has closed two lease deals totaling 3,769 square feet in Austin. Arboretum Health LLC has signed a 2,129-square-foot lease at Greystone II at 7320 N. Mopac Expressway and C. Walker Interests LLC has signed a 1,640-square-foot lease at West Anderson Plaza at 2438 W. Anderson Lane.
