NEW YORK CITY-Newmark Knight Frank teams have been handling several restaurant deals between the West 85th and 96th Street corridor on the Upper West Side. A new Crumbs is occupying 1,250 square feet of space at 2476 Broadway.
The asking rent for the space was $200 per square foot. Ben Birnbaum and Mark Frankel of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while Paul Berkman and Davie Berke, also of Newmark, represented the landlord in the lease deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
