Investment is back, and not only for buildings, but in buildings as well. As Real Estate Forum's new survey of office property owners and managers reveals, the folks charged with keeping their assets on the cutting edge aren't afraid to invest in the systems to make that happen. In fact, some 75% of respondents to the survey state that they have increased their use of technology to handle such things as work requests, with most seeing at least modest savings over the past few years. In addition, some 75% stated that they've stepped up heir sustainability efforts.
More than 200 execs from around the country responded to the survey, and some 38% of these also noted that they have stepped up their use of social media and other Internet tools to further reduce expenses. How? All will be revealed when you download the survey.
