NEW YORK CITY-A vacant loft building located at 396 Broadway in the TriBeCa East area is getting a new life. The Chetrit family branch vacated the property four years ago in order to sell the building, but the plan was not realized.
Now, the Chetrits have decided to convert the building into a rental building with 52 units. Andrew Heiberger's Town Residential will market the residential units. The units will be ready for occupancy in fall 2012. For the full story, go to New York Post .
