DENVER-Aukum Management LLC has purchased the Foothills Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 217 units at 3205 W. Floyd Ave. in Denver, for an amount of $11 million. The complex was sold by Norm Steiler.
The apartment complex was constructed in 1983. John Stewart and Brock Yaffe from NorthMarq Capital's Denver office arranged financing for the acquisition. The Foothills Apartments deal was closed on June 15. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
