CHICAGO-Magellan Development Group has started construction on a rental tower at Lakeshore East, a 28-acre community in downtown Chicago. The 45-story rental tower, called Coast at Lakeshore East, will come up at 345 E. Wacker Drive.
The rental tower will have 499 apartments, 18,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor amenities, 18,000 square feet of retail space and a 272-car parking building.
