MEMPHIS-Global Ministries Fellowship, a faith-based nonprofit based in Cordova, has acquired three apartments in Memphis area for a total amount of $10 million. The nonprofit has purchased the apartments through affiliated entities.
The Memphis-area apartments purchased by Global Ministries Fellowship include the Tulane Apartments situated on Tulane Road, the Wesley-Madison Towers situated at U.S. Hwy. 51 and Madison Avenue and the Warren Apartments situated on Clementine Road.
