LONDON-Derwent London has recently signed two lease deals at the Angel Building in London. Sage (UK) Limited has leased 12,500 square feet at the Angel Building, EC1, for 10 years.
Keyhaven Capital Partners Limited has leased 11,500 square feet at 1-5 Maple Place, W1, for 10 years. The asking rent for the EC1 deal is GBP 42 per square foot and the W1 deal is GBP 41 per square foot. DTZ, H2SO, CB Richard Ellis, Pilcher Hershman and Ashwell Rogers were involved in the deals.
