TAMPA, FL-Institutional Property Advisors has closed the sale of two multi-housing communities in St. Petersburg and Venice. DT Group Development Inc. has sold Sienna Bay Apartments, a 276-unit, 261,100-square-foot community in St. Petersburg, to Harbor Group International LLC for $19,515,000.
In another deal, Fairfield Residential Co. LLC has sold Monterrey Apartments, a 243-unit, 184,791-square-foot complex in Venice, to Beachwold Residential LLC for $11,550,000. Jamie B. May from IPA represented all the parties in both deals. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
